Minor Board AGM

The AGM of the Minor Board took place on 14th December 2012. Election of officers, underage mentors and board delegates took place, as detailed below. Note the elections are subject to ratification at the main club AGM

The following were elected as Minor Board Officers:

- Delegates will receive text & email re meeting(s) and they decide which 2 delegates are to attend meeting.

- If meeting is about specific age group, a delegate from that age group needs to attend and get a 2nd delegate from mentors for that age group, as two deleagets should attend as there may be a vote on the night.

- Mike Donnelly to be informed of who is attending meeting.
